USD. Estimated subtotal before applicable taxes. The volume rate applies to every patient; crossing a band can lower your total.
What counts as an active patient?
A patient on your clinic roster with active status. Staff, removed patients and unaccepted invitations do not count. We count roster membership, not how often someone uses the app.
When is the patient count measured?
When your monthly invoice is prepared. Billing is in advance. Roster changes afterward affect the following month, with no mid-month charges or refunds. Your invoice records the billed count.
What if we have no active patients?
Zero patients means $0. There is no minimum charge. If you save a payment method with an empty roster, billing starts after your pilot when an active patient joins.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Manage your payment method, invoices and cancellation through Billing in your clinic dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid period.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your administrator will see a payment notice. Patient access and clinical safety workflows remain available, including journals, safety plans and care-team messages.
Does the Access Fund cover clinic bills?
The Access Fund supports patient-side premium access. Clinic billing is separate and counts active patients even when they receive an Access Fund grant.
