Pro and Free
What each one gives you, without the sales pitch. Everything you have already logged stays yours and stays readable either way.
If your care team gave you a code
Then Pro is already included and you will never be asked to pay. Your clinic covers it, and the app will not show you a way to buy something you already have. If that cover ends, you keep your account and everything in it, and you will hear about it first.

Nothing is taken away
If you move from Pro to Free, nothing is deleted and nothing is locked behind a wall you cannot get past. Everything you backed up is still there, you can still read it, and you can still log every day. What changes is what happens next: new logs live on your phone rather than being backed up, and the parts that lean on Pippa's help go quiet.
If money is the problem
The Access Fund covers Pro for people who cannot pay for it. No proof of income and no explanation needed. Read about the Access Fund
