For therapists & psychologists
An eating disorder app connected to your practice
The week between sessions is where treatment succeeds or stalls - and where you have the least visibility. Pippa gives your clients a gentle, gamified self-monitoring companion they actually keep using, and gives you the between-session data: meals logged by photo, mood and urge check-ins, and meal-timing patterns in a HIPAA-compliant dashboard.
Works for solo private practice and group programs · Free for your clients
Built for between-session ED work
Self-monitoring clients keep doing
Photo meal logs, optional post-meal check-ins on feelings, fullness, urges, and coping skills tried. The gamified companion keeps engagement up where paper self-monitoring burns clients out.
Between-session visibility
Automatic daily check-ins verify clients are eating. Your dashboard shows meal-timing patterns, mood check-ins, and per-entry survey responses - so sessions start from what actually happened this week.
No visible numbers
Clients never see calorie counts; meal plans appear as foods and portions. Intake estimates route only to the care-team dashboard, keeping self-monitoring safe for ED work.
Nothing hidden from you
Every conversation a client has with PippaChat (always disclosed as AI) is reviewable in the dashboard, with crisis language routing to 988 and clinician-authored safety plans per client.
Consent-first connection
A signed consent waiver (signature and photo) is required before any client data is visible to you, and secure messaging unlocks only after a HIPAA agreement is signed by both parties.
Notes where the data is
Attach clinical notes to any entry, keep general notes in one place, and send announcements to your whole caseload when needed.
Self-monitoring that fits how you already work
Pippa's design follows the self-monitoring at the core of evidence-based ED treatment: regular eating against a structured plan, noticing feelings and urges rather than numbers, and honest recording - skipped meals are logged without shame, because a true record matters more than a perfect one. If you work alongside a dietitian, they can author the meal plan and calorie goals from the same dashboard while you focus on the psychological side. Pippa is not an EHR and doesn't replace your notes system; it's the between-session layer your EHR can't see.

For your adult caseload
In developmentNuro: the same care, built for adults
Pippa is designed for teens and younger clients, and the pet-and-coins framing does not land with a 38-year-old. Nuro is our adult app: the same backend, the same clinician dashboard, and the same consent model, with an interface written for grown-ups. Patients on your caseload can use either one.
Same dashboard, same consent flow
Nuro patients appear in the roster you already use, with the same consent waiver, the same notes, and the same messaging. Nothing new to learn and no second login.
Numbers-free by default, openable by you
Adult patients see no calorie counts, macros or weight unless you turn something on for them, one nutrient at a time, and you can turn it back off. There is no self-serve numeric mode.
Built around regular eating
The patient-facing home is their meal rhythm for the day, not a total. Adherence to a regular eating pattern is what you see first, because it is what you would be working on anyway.
Adult framing throughout
No pet, no coins, no rewards. The tone assumes a working adult with a life that recovery has to fit around, and the coach is a dietitian persona that declines to discuss calories at any tier.
Nuro is still in development and is not open to patients yet. It is a between-session support tool rather than a treatment, and we do not claim it reduces symptoms on its own. We are actively looking for clinicians to consult with on it, so if you work with adults and would give us an hour, we would like to hear from you. See nuro.getpippa.app for how it works and why it shows no numbers by default.
